Take I-85 South to exit # 86 merge on to GA-13 S/Spring Buford Conn towards Peachtree St. Make a slight right onto the Peachtree St. ramp to Buckhead. Turn right on Peachtree St. The MacQuarium Building will be on the left in about half a mile.

Take I-85 North and keep right to Merge onto I-75 North take exit #252 A for US-41 towards Northside Dr. Turn right at Northside Dr N.W. take the third right onto Collier Rd. N.W. Turn right at Peachtree Rd. N.W. The MacQuarium Building will be on the right in about 0.2 miles.

Take I-85 North take exit # 250 towards Tenth St/Fourteenth St/Georgia Tech. Merge onto Williams St. N.W. Turn right at 10th St N.W. Turn left at the second Cross street onto West Peachtree St. N.W. Continue onto Peachtree St. N.E. The MacQuarium Building will be on the left in about 2 miles.

Take GA-400 South to exit # 2 for Lenox Rd. N.E. turn right at Lenox Rd. N.E. Turn left at Piedmont Rd. N.E. The MacQuarium Building will be on the right in about 3 miles.

Take I-285 East to exit # 33A-33B to merge onto I-85 South towards Atlanta. Take exit # 86 to merge onto GA-13S/Spring Buford Conn towards Peachtree St. Make a slight right onto Peachtree St. ramp to Buckhead. Turn right at Peachtree St. N.E. The MacQuarium Building will be on the left in about half a mile.
